As a Software Development Manager, Giulia oversees the software development process in the IT department, which manages the company's main infrastructure, providing all employees the necessary and best tools to work and face every situation. For example, tools used in the factory include resource organization, like custom repositories, data sharing, and others. Other tools accompany the Race Team around the world during the race weekends, such as server room, intercom, and other software tools for activity scheduling, audio/video elaboration, and data transfer. Integration with other software is a big part of the job to have the most automatic systems and help manage regular checks and reports on car components.
