I'm passionate about Planet Earth (our most important stakeholder!) and am raising awareness in the IT community to become more carbon efficient. As a Scrum Master I help my teams tackling complexity and becoming a bit more effective every sprint. I've seen the power of 'learning by doing' in my teams: taking a first step towards a goal, learn from the insights, and use it to define the next step. My style is described by others as enthusiastic, full of ideas and energizing. Team autonomy and the focus on value play a central part in my work, and the Agile and Scrum values form the basis of my servant leadership.
