My passion is to help organisations improve their performance by ensuring that IT and business are aligned on a strategic, tactical and operational level. I believe architecture plays a crucial role in this by providing a goal to move towards and by setting standards, principles and guidelines. However, the only way to achieve that goal is through short cycles based on business value.
I have over 20 years of experience in business & IT working as architect, consultant and manager. I have a passion for creating simple and practical solutions for complex problems and the ability to explain proposed solutions and decisions effectively to all levels in the organisation. I prefer to use an informal but no-nonsense approach.
