Jumbo is the second biggest supermarket in the Netherlands. I'm helping the teams as well as the business to speed up the transition due to Conway's law, optimising value and flow of enhancements in our solution. I help Business in getting grip on the products by segmenting our applications into smaller pieces in a Service Oriented Architecture, based on Domain Driven Development principles. I help our technical teams (around 450FTE) with realising this vision with concrete examples, coaching, technical vision and best practices, making sure we get the most value out of the time we invest while still incrementally delivering value to the consumer.
