The events will take place “as usual”, on the condition that the measures announced by the National Security Council in Belgium are followed in full. This means that participants, partners, speakers and staff wear nasal mouth masks, keep a distance of 1.5 meters from each other and strictly observe the exhibition protocol.<\/p>\n
Safety measures package<\/strong><\/p>\n Heliview has developed a package of security measures. In order to ensure the safety and health of business partners, participants and other persons involved in the events, the programs for participants have been shortened. The programs run from 10 am to 3.30 pm with ample changeover times between sessions. Everyone present receives a health check upon arrival and receives a bottle of disinfection. The event programs also consist of a plenary program and several break-out sessions. In the rooms, participants can sit 1.5 meters apart.<\/p>\n Breaks are on the network square. Here too, a distance of 1.5 meters is taken into account. During the breaks, one-to-one network meetings of up to 15 minutes take place and Heliview uses a plexiglass tablescreen to offer maximum security. In addition, participants receive a lunch box and walking routes are clearly indicated. Heliview facilitates disinfection wipes that are individually packed at all points where these screens are located, at the laptops and microphones, and at the registration desk.
