Throughout the day, delegates explored practical solutions, shared experiences and discussed innovative approaches to creating a more inclusive labour market.<\/p>\n<p>The conference featured inspiring keynote presentations, interactive sessions and valuable networking opportunities, providing attendees with practical insights and concrete tools to help remove barriers to employment. Topics included inclusive recruitment, workplace accessibility, assistive technologies and successful collaborations between employers and support organisations.<\/p>\n<p>By bringing together a wide range of stakeholders, De Werkconferentie continues to serve as an important platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration.
