End Users and Providers<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"130\" data-end=\"224\">For participants of our conferences, we distinguish between end users and providers\/suppliers.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"226\" data-end=\"356\"><strong>Providers<\/strong> offer solutions, products, and services related to the theme of the conference.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"226\" data-end=\"356\"><strong>End users<\/strong> make use of these solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"358\" data-end=\"485\">Participation is only possible with a ticket that matches the intended target group. Each registration is reviewed accordingly.<\/p>\n<h4>2. Tickets for End Users<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"522\" data-end=\"612\">Only end users can register with a <strong data-start=\"557\" data-end=\"581\">Free End User Ticket<\/strong> or a <strong data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"611\">Paid End User Ticket<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"614\" data-end=\"649\">For all end user tickets, you must:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"651\" data-end=\"948\">\n<li data-section-id=\"xhiy6s\" data-start=\"651\" data-end=\"719\">be employed as an end user or work for an end-user organization;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ozjxzi\" data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"803\">meet the minimum number of employees specified for the conference target group;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"fcc5te\" data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"895\">be employed by an organisation in or near the country where the conference takes place;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"f1eef6\" data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"948\">belong to the target audience of the conference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"950\" data-end=\"974\">Free End User Ticket<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"950\" data-end=\"1080\">With a <strong>Free End User Ticket,<\/strong> it is mandatory to schedule and attend at least <strong>three one-on-one meetings.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1082\" data-end=\"1106\">Paid End User Ticket<\/strong><br data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1109\" \/>With a <strong>Paid End User Ticket,<\/strong> you are <strong>exempt from mandatory<\/strong> <strong>one-to-one meetings.<\/strong> You may choose to schedule meetings voluntarily. In that case, only the necessary personal data required for that meeting will be shared.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>3. Tickets for providers<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1483\">Providers can participate with a <strong data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1419\">Non-End User Ticket<\/strong>. A limited number of these tickets is available per conference.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1485\" data-end=\"1642\">The <strong>Non-End User Ticket<\/strong> is not intended as an alternative to a <strong>partnership.<\/strong> Activities reserved for partners are not permitted, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-section-id=\"14rdx0j\" data-start=\"1644\" data-end=\"1696\">proactively initiating commercial conversations;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"14gob85\" data-start=\"1697\" data-end=\"1751\">wearing company-branded clothing or visible logos;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1kce19i\" data-start=\"1752\" data-end=\"1807\">presenting yourself as a partner of the conference;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"hu52vo\" data-start=\"1808\" data-end=\"1886\">bringing or distributing promotional materials such as flyers or handouts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1888\" data-end=\"2092\">In case of violations or complaints, we reserve the right to<strong> deny access to the conference immediately.<\/strong> The ticket fee remains payable, and future participation for you and your colleagues may be refused.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2094\" data-end=\"2318\">If you are a provider working within an end-user organisation and attending on <strong>behalf of that organisation<\/strong>, registration with an end-user ticket may be allowed, provided a business email address of that organisation is used.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>4. Pricing<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2341\" data-end=\"2436\">All prices listed are <strong>exluded of VAT<\/strong>. The ticket price will be displayed during registration.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>5. Data<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2456\" data-end=\"2631\">Registration is only possible using a personal business email address associated with the organisation you represent. General email addresses (such as Gmail) are not accepted.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2633\" data-end=\"2709\">All communication will be conducted via the provided business email address.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2711\" data-end=\"2839\">More information on the use of personal data can be found in our privacy statement:<a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/heliview.com\/en\/privacy-statement\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2797\" data-end=\"2839\">https:\/\/heliview.com\/en\/privacy-statement\/<\/a><\/p>\n<h4>6. Relation code<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2872\" data-end=\"3047\">A relationship code is<strong> not a discount code<\/strong> and does not entitle you to free participation in paid tickets. Participants must always meet the conditions of the selected ticket.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>7. Review of your registration<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"3090\" data-end=\"3208\">After registering, you will receive a <strong>confirmation of receipt.<\/strong> This does not mean your registration has been approved.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3210\" data-end=\"3324\">Each registration is reviewed individually. Within <strong>two working days,<\/strong> you will receive an email regarding approval.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3326\" data-end=\"3506\">Participation is only confirmed <strong>after written approval.<\/strong> No rights can be derived from previous approvals. Each registration is assessed based on current conditions and information.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>8. Certificate of attendance<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"3547\" data-end=\"3708\">If you attend the conference, you will receive a certificate of attendance. Depending on the event, this may include certification for CPE credits or SKO points.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>9. Cancellation and no-show<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"3748\" data-end=\"3778\">Cancellation is only possible:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3780\" data-end=\"3869\">\n<li data-section-id=\"14x81tq\" data-start=\"3780\" data-end=\"3825\">via EventManager under \u201cMy Registration\u201d;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1yalv9l\" data-start=\"3826\" data-end=\"3869\">by email via <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3841\" data-end=\"3866\">participants@heliview.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3871\" data-end=\"4011\">To avoid ambiguity, cancellations via other channels (such as phone) will not be processed. You will always receive a confirmation by email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellation Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gratis eindgebruikersticket<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4036\" data-end=\"4165\">If cancelled within 14 days prior to the conference or in case of a no-show, the following fees apply:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4167\" data-end=\"4251\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1mmo9xp\" data-start=\"4167\" data-end=\"4184\">Eurozone: \u20ac99<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1nf6gcb\" data-start=\"4185\" data-end=\"4208\">United Kingdom: \u00a399<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"12t3n72\" data-start=\"4209\" data-end=\"4230\">Sweden: SEK 1,299<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"144mjp7\" data-start=\"4231\" data-end=\"4251\">Denmark: DKK 799<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"4253\" data-end=\"4301\">Paid End User Ticket and Non-End User Ticket<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4253\" data-end=\"4403\">After the reflection period has expired, the full amount will be charged, regardless of attendance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"4405\" data-end=\"4436\">Substitution by a Colleague<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Substitution is possible if the colleague meets the registration criteria. Please email <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"4527\" data-end=\"4552\">participants@heliview.com<\/a> with name, job title, mobile number, business email, and organisation name.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4630\" data-end=\"4682\">Substitution is only valid after approval via email.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4684\" data-end=\"4823\"><strong data-start=\"4684\" data-end=\"4705\">Reflection Period<\/strong><br data-start=\"4705\" data-end=\"4708\" \/>For Paid End User Tickets and Non-End User Tickets, a reflection period applies in case of accidental registration.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4825\" data-end=\"4973\">The approval email will state the deadline for free cancellation. After this period, tickets are non-refundable, regardless of reason or attendance.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4>\u00a010. Payment Terms<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"5003\" data-end=\"5121\">For paid tickets, you must submit any invoice details immediately after registration to <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"5091\" data-end=\"5111\">finance@heliview.com<\/a>, such as:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"5123\" data-end=\"5428\">\n<li data-section-id=\"bob4np\" data-start=\"5123\" data-end=\"5226\">specific invoicing instructions (e.g. Peppol, alternative billing address, or credit card payment);<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"u59gsm\" data-start=\"5227\" data-end=\"5338\">a PO number if required (if not yet available, inform us immediately and provide it within 5 working days);<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"fvmb6m\" data-start=\"5339\" data-end=\"5428\">a VAT number if your organization is based outside the Netherlands but within the EU.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"5430\" data-end=\"5552\">If a PO number or VAT number is not provided on time, the invoice will be issued without a PO number and\/or including VAT.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5554\" data-end=\"5652\">Participants remain responsible for providing this information, even in case of cancellation fees.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5654\" data-end=\"5682\">The payment term is 14 days.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>11. Review of your registration<\/h4>\n<p>Due to the limited number of available seats at our Executive Tables, we apply a strict admission policy. Participation is only possible for individuals who belong to the intended target audience. In addition, we aim for a well-balanced and diverse group composition. Each registration is assessed individually.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After registering, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. This does not mean your registration has been approved.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All registrations are reviewed. Within two working days, you will receive an email regarding approval.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Participation is only confirmed after written approval. No rights can be derived from previous approvals for other events. Each registration is assessed based on current conditions and up-to-date information.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>2.
