Joost heeft carrière gemaakt in productmanagement en werkte voor ENGIE Digital voordat hij bij EFFECT Photonics aan de slag ging. Bij EFFECT geeft hij leiding aan het cross-functionele productmanagementteam. Hij studeerde Elektrotechniek aan de Technische Universiteit Eindhoven en heeft onlangs een Executive MBA afgerond aan de Kellogg-WHU University. Met zijn achtergrond en enthousiasme voor technologie werkt Joost graag aan het verleggen van de grenzen door middel van baanbrekende innovaties: van idee tot volumeproductie.
