Manager Center of Exxellence Customer Experience bij Stryker

Quite early in my career at Mercedes-Benz I understood that people are the biggest asset any organization can have. Unfortunately, people’s talents, and their time is wasted through tedious, boring, repetitive tasks everywhere. Therefore, I started getting involved in (and latter leading) various improvement and automation initiatives. Some of my past responsibilities include leading a team in a customer contact center, managing business intelligence in supplier management, leading the back-office team in critical parts management. Currently, at Stryker, I am responsible for European-wide efficiency focused projects with an emphasis on automation.
