With a background in International Entrepreneurship, I focus on practical, scalable solutions — especially when it comes to reaching frontline or operational staff, where traditional LMS tools often fall short. I also support organizations in managing learning and compliance for external contractors, particularly around safety requirements.
As a parent of three, I see every day how essential learning is — not just for growth, but also for safety and confidence. That perspective shapes the way I approach digital learning: it should be intuitive, accessible, and meaningful for everyone, whether on the shop floor or in the field.
