As a Customer Success Coach at FLOWSPARKS, I focus on the integration with FastPass, setting up platforms, and supporting customers in distributing their e-learnings to wide audiences. Over the past three years, I’ve worked both as an e-learning developer and as a coach, combining expertise in instructional design, customer training, and the technical rollout of courses. With a master's degree in history and eight years of teaching experience in higher secondary education, I bring a strong background in making learning accessible and impactful. I’m passionate about removing barriers to learning and ensuring that everyone has an equal opportunity to grow their skills. I’ve partnered with both small businesses and large international organizations facing the challenges of scaling digital learning. This will be my first time speaking at an industrial safety conference in Gothenburg, Sweden. Outside of work, I enjoy history, cooking, riding my motorcycle, and climbing—so if you’d like to chat about something other than safety, I’m always up for it.
