Applying the OODA Loop in Machine Safety<\/h2>\r\n

Conrad Slater, Safety Consultant and International Trainer at Schmersal<\/h3> \r\n <\/div>[vc_column_text css=””]The delegates will learn to use or apply the OODA Loop for risk and decision making and as a fast and practical method of thinking.<\/p>\n

The OODA Loop is a continuous cycle of decision making, originally developed by John Boyd, a Colonel in the USAF.<\/p>\n

By the end of the presentation the delegates will be able to use the Loop on the shop floor, in maintenance and during abnormal situations with the focus not being based on theory.<\/p>\n
