Keynote
Are you a thought leader in your field? Then a plenary session during the in-person conference is the right way to reach your target group. A visionary and/or strategic story with a high-level speaker is expected from you. You fill in a unique position within the programme and are clearly visible in the run-up to the conference. There are no other sessions at the time of your keynote, you address the entire audience.
Break-out session
In addition to plenary sessions, the conference programme also consists of various break-out sessions. As a supplier, you can tell your message in an interactive way during the 25-minute session. Think of customer cases, best practices, explanation about tooling and more. for this session participants can register before attending the conference. This way you can see in advance who is attending your session and tailor your story to the target group.
In-person roundtable
During the in-person conference you can invite a specific target group among the in-person-/hybrid participants and have an in depth session for 50 minutes. Choose a topic that is in line with the conference, invite your audience based on the participantlist and share your knowledge and experience during an impactful session. Beforehand, you define three challenging statements that will be presented during the session by an experienced facilitator. This session is exclusively for the participants you invite. It is up to the participant to decide whether to accept the invitation. Optionally, a participant can request an invitation. It is then up to you to decide whether to send this participant an invitation. Participants must register for this session in the EventManager in advance, so that you can prepare optimally.
Heliview roundtable
Would you like to be in direct contact with your target group for 90 minutes long? And do you want to determine the subject and content yourself? You can with the online roundtable! Choose a topic that is in line with the conference, invite your audience based on the participantlist and share your knowledge and experience during an impactful session. Beforehand, you define three challenging statements that will be presented during the session by an experienced facilitator. This session is exclusively for the participants you invite. It is up to the participant to decide whether to accept the invitation. Optionally, a participant can request an invitation. It is then up to you to decide whether to send this participant an invitation. Webinar
Share your knowledge and expertise during a webinar! During this 30-minute session you will be in online contact with participants who have registered in advance. Increase engagement with your audience by using our interactive live chat and live poll. The live chat is maintained by your moderator and based on the needs of the participants we determine interesting poll questions.
Workshop
Make an impression on your target group with a self-organised workshop! Choose a topic that matches the theme of the event and share your knowledge, experience and expertise with the participants for an hour. You can determine the content of the workshop yourself, as well as who will supervise the workshop.
