Chef-kok en SVH Meesterkok Ron Blaauw wist menig Michelinster binnen te slepen met restaurant Ron Blaauw in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel en<!--more--> later met Ron Gastrobar in het Amsterdamse.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Het concept<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Het concept Ron Gastrobar breidde Ron uit met een Ori\u00ebntaals geori\u00ebnteerde versie waarbij authentieke Ori\u00ebntaalse gerechten met \u00f3f zonder twist genuttigd kunnen worden voor 15 euro per gerechtje. Naast Gastrobar Indonesia opent Ron een vierde: Ron Gastrobar Paris die zijn deuren opent in oktober 2016.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The Fat Dog<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Maar Ron Gastrobar is niet het enige concept dat Ron bedacht want in 2014 opent hij de deuren van zijn nieuwe concept: The Fat Dog in de Amsterdamse Pijp. Hier kun je terecht voor ambachtelijke hotdogs onder het genot van bubbels, een goed glas wijn of gin tonic.<\/p>\n<p>Ron ondersteunt tevens diverse restaurants met culinair advies en is verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het culinaire gedeelte van \u201cBridges\u201d in hotel The Grand in Amsterdam, \u201cPasta \u00e8 Basta\u201d te Amsterdam , \u201cCentral Park\u201d in Voorburg en Bistrobar Berlin in Nijmegen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Culinair ondernemer<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ruim dertig jaar later is Ron Blaauw geen chef-kok meer, maar culinair ondernemer. Hij inspireert iedereen met dezelfde passie voor ondernemen. Met zo\u2019n vijftig gastlezingen per jaar weet hij mensen te overtuigen om de kracht van het ondernemerschap te zien, ongeacht welke branche.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Security University Live: gastronomisch college<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tijdens het laatste uur van het congres verzorgt Ron een gastronomisch college.
