Jack Hamande

Jack joined the FPS BOSA in 2021 as Director General Digital transformation. Jack holds a master's degree in industrial and commercial psychology from ULB with a specialisation in organisation development. A few years later, he completed his master's degree with a cycle in marketing and sales management at Ichec. Prior to entering the technology world, Jack worked for Walt Disney. He had the opportunity to launch the Internet to the masses at Worldcom (today Verizon). His journey then took him to Cisco where he worked on new technologies such as VOIP and DMS (Digital Media Signage). A few years later, he gained his first experience in the public sector as Director General of Organisation and People Development at the former FPS P&O. He briefly returned to the private sector at Proximus as Public Affairs Director before joining BIPT (Belgian Institute for Postal Services and Telecommunications) as President and then member of the Executive Committee, in charge of network security.
