Gagan is ervargingsdeskungie en liefhebber op het gebied van hyperautomatisering met een lange carrière van 17 jaar in het veld van automatiseringen. Hij werkt momenteel bij Jacobs Douwe Egberts als een wereldwijde IT-manager voor intelligente automatisering en kwaliteit. Hij heeft bij verschillende bedrijven en in diverse domeinen gewerkt; ASML, Philips, ABN Amro, TCS en Maersk Line zijn enkele daarvan. Hij is ook mede-oprichter van Skylight-IT.com waar hij bedrijven helpt met het onderwerp van GenAI, automatisering en IA als een service.
