Virginia Parotta

Virginia Parrotta is a leader in cyber security, currently serving as the Head of Cyber Security Culture and Competence at H&M Group. With a strategic focus on enhancing global cyber security awareness, Virginia drives initiatives that fortify organizational resilience and safeguard sensitive data. Her previous roles include Global Cyber Security Awareness Manager at Danone and Project Lead for Security Awareness at ASML, where she developed and implemented strategic programs to educate and empower employees. Virginia holds a Master’s degree in Business and Communications from UADE Business School and is a certified Change Management Practitioner. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, she brings a global perspective to her work, leveraging her expertise to lead transformative cyber security initiatives. In addition to her corporate roles, Virginia offers consultancy services to organizations, specializing in strategy, digitalization, cyber security, and organizational transformation. She is passionate about connecting and networking with new professionals to share knowledge and drive innovation in the field of cyber security.
