At Heliview, you are the entrepreneur behind your own conferences. We give you the freedom, trust and responsibility to successfully develop and grow your own conference portfolio, all within an organisation that is expanding rapidly, both in the Netherlands and internationally.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Conference Producer who not only wants to grow with us but also wants to play an active role in shaping our future.
What will you be doing?
As a Conference Producer, you will be the driving force behind your own conferences. You combine intellectual curiosity with commercial awareness and know how to turn ideas into successful events.
- Develop high-quality B2B conferences covering topical subjects such as cybersecurity, AI, data and digital transformation.
- Identify emerging market trends and translate them into innovative conference concepts.
- Build a strong network of experts, senior executives and influential professionals.
- Create engaging conference programmes and attract inspiring speakers.
- Work closely with our marketing, sales and event management teams to deliver conferences that are both commercially successful and rich in content.
In short: you won’t just organise conferences. You’ll create, innovate, take ownership and make a real impact!

- Attractive salary: €3,250 – €4,750 gross per month, depending on experience.

- You have proven experience in developing and producing business conferences or similar B2B events.
- You combine intellectual curiosity with commercial awareness.
- You are a natural networker who knows how to engage and inspire people.
- You work independently, in a structured way and with a results-driven mindset.
- You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English.
- You are ambitious, solution-oriented and enjoy achieving success as part of a team.
