We believe in building a strong, relevant, and sustainable network. Our credo “Sharing Knowledge & Connecting People” is at the core of everything we do. During our conferences we facilitate valuable one-to-one meetings, an integral part of the experience, fully tailored through our Interest Based Matchmaking approach.
Interest Based Matchmaking
Accessible
The one-to-one meetings are an easy and approachable way to expand your professional network.
Shared interests
Matches are carefully made based on shared themes, expertise, and current challenges.
Future-focused
Each one-to-one meeting lays the foundation for a meaningful connection, enabling both parties to strengthen each other and move forward together.
Connecting People
For over 40 years, we have been bringing professionals together to share knowledge and learn from one another. Our mission is clear: Sharing Knowledge & Connecting People.
At our conferences, connection takes center stage. Through targeted one-to-one meetings, we create space for meaningful dialogue between peers and organisations. Based on shared interests and current challenges, we facilitate short introductions where open knowledge exchange comes first.
This creates more than just a network, it builds a community of professionals who support, inspire, and help each other move their field forward.
How it works
During registration, we ask each participant and partner to indicate their day-to-day responsibilities and the topics most relevant to them. Based on this information, partners can invite participants for an introductory meeting ahead of the conference. Three weeks prior to the event, participants receive an overview of their invitations and can choose to accept or decline them. They can also proactively invite partners for a meeting themselves.
When there is mutual interest, the meeting is scheduled during the conference. These conversations take place in an informal yet professional setting. If there’s a strong connection, both parties can continue the conversation independently after the event to explore how they can further support each other.
This creates more than just a network, it builds a community of professionals who inspire one another, share knowledge, and develop long-term relationships.
