With a background in Civil Engineering from the University of Leuven and experience across IT, telecom, media, smart cities, and energy, she combines technical insight with business vision. Throughout her career, she has consistently put customer experience at the center - launching new digital services, leading strategic innovation projects, and guiding both start-ups and established companies in bringing ideas to market that truly resonate with end users.
