Inhouse sales executive

Within Heliview Conferences & Training, we are seeking a commercially talented individual for our Sales Department. An enthusiastic Junior Sales colleague who wants to collaborate with our team in building successful conferences and events. Are you commercially minded, communicatively adept, and goal-oriented? With a team of 20 enthusiastic colleagues, we initiate, develop, and organise lead-generating conferences. Through these conferences, we lay the groundwork for knowledge transfer and establish valuable contacts. Our motto is: Sharing Knowledge, Connecting People.

What will you be doing:

In this role, you will be responsible for the commercial success of 5-10 conferences per year. You’ll collaborate with your colleagues in a project team. Each conference forms a new project team, allowing you to contribute to the organization’s success alongside colleagues from other departments. Within the team, you’ll be the commercial brain and the driver of lead generation package sales. You’ll primarily handle this through phone calls and team meetings, but for larger clients and/or budgets, we naturally expect you to conduct face-to-face meetings to engage with these clients.

In your role, you’ll be responsible for the entire sales process, from identifying valuable prospects to closing deals. Your typical counterparts will be Marketing Managers and Sales Managers within the IT sector. As the accountable Sales representative, you’ll be present during our conferences to witness the impact of your activities and to build sustainable relationships face-to-face. Of course, you won’t be alone in this; the team and the Sales Manager will support you in achieving your goals and encourage your personal development, aiming for continuous growth within Heliview Conferences & Training both today and in the future.

What we offer you:

  • A commercial challenge that can be tailored to 24, 32, or 40 hours per week, by agreement.
  • A salary ranging between €30,000 and €40,000 per year including holiday pay, based on 40 hours, with good secondary employment conditions.
