- Price and payment terms
If you are part of the target audience of the conference, participation costs 3.499 Kr (excl. VAT). Under certain conditions, you can also opt for free participation 0 Kr.
People who are not part of the target audience, such as suppliers and service providers, can participate in the conference at a price of 7.499 Kr (excl. VAT).
Premium ticket in-person conference 3.499 Kr:
- You are not a provider of solutions and/or services relating to the theme of the conference.*
Our partners cannot invite you to an in-person meeting or exclusive session. You do have the option of planning an in-person meeting with (one of) our partners. In that case, we will share the information required for the meeting.
Free ticket in-person conference 0 Kr:
- You are part of the target audience of the conference.
- You carry out at least three one-to-one meetings.
Ticket solution provider in-person conference 7.499 Kr:
This ticket is only available if you do not belong to the target group such as suppliers and/or providers and only gives you access to the in-person conference. The invoice must be paid prior to the conference, even in case of absence. This ticket is not intended to replace a partnership. It is not allowed to undertake activities that fall under a partnership. This includes but is not limited to:
- Proactively conducting commercial conversations
- Wear company clothing or other logo expressions
- Present yourself as a partner of the conference on site or online
- Bring and distribute handouts, flyers or other items
If we observe undesirable behavior or if we receive complaints about this, we will be forced to ask you to leave the conference immediately and we reserve the right to deny you and the organisation where you work access in the future.
- Payment conditions
If a PO number is required for payment of the invoice, this must be provided immediately after registration via participants@heliview.com. Please also provide this immediately if the PO number still needs to be requested internally. The PO number must be provided to us no later than 5 working days after registration. If we do not receive the PO number in time, the invoice will be sent without a PO number and the participant is responsible for timely payment of the invoice.
For paid registrations of a participant within the EU but outside the Netherlands, it is possible to reverse charge VAT. For this purpose, a valid VAT number must be provided immediately after registration via participants@heliview.com. If we do not receive the VAT number in time, the invoice will be drawn up including VAT and the VAT can no longer be reverse charged.
If there are any other details, a different invoice address or specific payment instructions, these must also be reported immediately after registration via participants@heliview.com.
Any transaction costs for payment of the invoice are for the account of the participant. If payment by credit card is desired, this must be reported in advance via participants@heliview.comso that an adjusted invoice can be sent.
We have a payment term of 14 days. Failure to provide invoice details on time is not a valid reason for postponement of payment.
- Cancellation conditions
If you wish to cancel your registration, this can only be done in one of the following ways:
- Via EventManager under “My registration”;
- By e-mail to participants@heliview.com.
You will receive written confirmation of your cancellation by e-mail.
To avoid any confusion about the moment of cancellation, cancellations via other channels (including by telephone) will not be processed.
For Premium tickets and Supplier tickets, a cooling-off period applies in case the registration is a mistake. The approval email states until when free cancellation is possible. After this period, the ticket is non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
As soon as you register for the conference, as the organiser we will incur direct costs for your participation. For that reason, we apply the following cancellation conditions:
Premium ticket in-person conference 3.499 Kr:
In the event of cancellation, we will charge the full purchase price. Substitution by a colleague is permitted, provided this colleague is part of the target audience.
Free ticket in-person conference 0 Kr:
Up to 14 days prior to the in-person conference, cancellation is totally free of charge. If you cancel within 14 days prior to the in-person conference, or if you do not meet the conditions that apply to the free ticket, you will no longer be entitled to the free ticket. Because we, as the organiser, will incur direct costs for your participation in the conference, in that case we will charge a small fee of 1.299 Kr.
Substitution by a colleague is permitted, provided this colleague is part of the target audience.
Ticket service provider in-person conference 7.499 Kr:
In the event of cancellation, we will charge the full purchase price. Substitution by a colleague is permitted.
- Ticket
Once your registration has been approved, you will receive an email from us about this.
As part of your participation, you will receive several emails that relate specifically to your participation in the event. These are emails, for example, about the status of your registration and the planning of and invites to in-person meetings, sessions and videos, a review or an evaluation. This does not apply, to newsletters, as you personally have to sign up to receive these.
- Relationcode
A relationcode is not a discount code. Regardless of relationcode, you must always meet the conditions for the ticket in question.
Providers can, even with a relationcode, only participate against payment with a Provider ticket.
- Your data
Always enter your business email address when registering. Some email addresses, for example Gmail and Hotmail addresses, will not be accepted. All correspondence will only be sent to your business email address.

- Changes
Heliview Conferences & Training B.V. reserves the right to make changes at any time to the conditions for participation.
All of the foregoing amounts exclude VAT.
