After your application, we check whether you belong to the target group of the Executive Table and whether there is still a place available. This is also the case if you have accepted an invitation. After approval you will receive an email from us.
If you belong to the target group but there is no place available, we will place you on the waiting list. You will receive an email from us about this. We will contact you as soon as a place becomes available.
As part of your participation, you will receive several emails specifically related to your participation in the Executive Table. This does not apply to newsletters, for which you must explicitly subscribe to each newsletter.
You will also receive a reminder for the Executive tabel by text message as part of your participation. There are no costs associated with this, this is a free service from Heliview Conferences & Training B.V.
- Cancellation conditions
If you want to cancel, the easiest way to do this is via EventManager. The email with the confirmation of your registration contains a direct link to your registration. You can also contact our Participants Service department at participants@heliview.com.
When you have registered for the Executive Table, we as organiser incur direct costs for your participation. We therefore apply the following cancellation conditions:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the Executive Table.
If you cancel within 14 days before the Executive Table, we will charge €199 cancellation costs. We also charge €199 if you are not present at the Executive Table without cancellation.
- Rebook conditions
If you want to rebook, please contact our Participants Service department at participants@heliview.com. For the Executive Table to which you want to rebook, it will be checked again whether you meet the registration conditions.
Up to 14 days before the Executive Table you can rebook for free to another Executive Table or a possible other date.
If you want to rebook to another Executive Table or a possible other date within 14 days before the Executive Table, this is possible once. In this case, if you cancel afterwards or are not present, we will still charge €199, regardless of the number of days for the Executive Table to which you have been rebooked.
- Terms of payment
Heliview Conferences & Training B.V. applies a payment term of 14 days
- Your data
Always enter your business email address when registering. Some email addresses, for example Gmail and Hotmail addresses, will not be accepted. All correspondence will only be sent to your business email address.

- Changes
Heliview Conferences & Training B.V. reserves the right to make changes to the registration conditions at any time.
All of the foregoing amounts exclude VAT.
