Johan Finndahl

Johan Finndahl is Engineering Manager for the Access Assurance team within Enterprise Identity & Access Management at IKEA. He is responsible for driving the evolution of authorization and access control capabilities across the global IKEA ecosystem. Before joining IKEA, Johan spent several years at Deloitte as a Senior Manager in the Cyber Risk practice, advising international organizations on Identity & Access Management strategy and transformation. He combines deep IAM expertise with hands-on engineering leadership to enable secure and scalable digital access.
