Successful first edition of the API Summit – Brussels
The first edition of The API Summit Belgium has exceeded our expectations. With 82 participants, 7 partners and 15 speakers we had a successfull first edition of The API Summit.
The overall programme was rated 8,0 by the participants and the best session was the API Game Workshop in which 24 attendees worked in groups to learn about the lifecycle of API development and maintenance and the choices and decisions people need to make.
The programme contained various technical and business sessions. From API Awareness to security and from usefull tip to closing the brackets, we discussed it all and learned a lot.
We hope to see all participants and partners in 2020 to discuss the next level in API Management, more focussed on the level of the API Maturity of the attendees. In 2020 there will be more in depth technical sessions as well as more practical use cases.
Some quotes of the attendees:
Guillaume Lefebvre (IPM Group) “1-day intensive seminar for leaders in the API area who want to turn their organisations into API-driven organisations.”
Luc De Craecker (Honda Motor Europe Logistics): “Content of the sessions were great, it was worth every minute of my time.”
Robin Appeltants (Wolters Kluwer Belgium): “Top event, good quality!”
