Job description
As a Conference Producer, you are the driving force behind the organization of inspiring conference programs for professionals in the ICT and industrial sector. You work intensively with colleagues from different disciplines and ensure that your conference is a success from concept to execution. Your work is very diverse:
- Networking: You build and maintain a valuable network within the sectors of your conferences. Establishing contacts and recruiting partners is an important part of your work.
- Programme development: You set up programme committees, determine the topics and recruit the best speakers and chairmen for your conference.
- Commercial focus: In addition to substantive responsibility, you ensure that the conference is commercially successful by attracting market parties and entering into strategic partnerships.
- Project management: You monitor the progress of your projects and ensure that the financial objectives are achieved. From start to finish, you are the linchpin in the process.
- Collaboration: You work closely with marketing, sales and other teams to ensure that your conference is a success in all areas.

What are we looking for?
- You have HBO work and thinking level and relevant experience in organizing conferences and events, preferably with a commercial focus.
- You have demonstrably strong networking and communication skills and know how to use your network effectively for the success of your conference.
- You are commercially minded and have the drive to attract important market parties.
- You think conceptually and have the ability to steer both substantively and commercially.
- You have a hands-on mentality and can switch well between different tasks and priorities.
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
