Hiervoor heeft Remy voor diverse multinationals zoals WestRock, Eaton, Archer Daniels Midland and General Electric gewerkt in het werkveld Veiligheid en Milieu. Met 25+jaar ervaring in veiligheid, heeft Remy ervaren dat de principes van Human and Organizational Performance zijn werk fundamenteel hebben veranderd. Deze principes gebruikt hij in het coachen van operationele leidinggevenden alsook het trainen van veiligheid professionals. Deze principes zijn instrumenteel in creëren van een werkomgeving waarin veiligheid wordt verbeterd door collaboratie en een proactieve benadering.
