Bart Hanssens
Interoperability Expert at the Belgian Federal Public Service Policy & Support (BOSA).
Bart is the architect of the data.gov.be open data portal, member of the Belgian Open Data Taskforce, and contributor to the European "DCAT Application Profile" metadata specification. He is also the Belgian representative to the EU "Multi Stakeholder Platform on ICT Standardisation", former co-organiser of the Open Document Format Interoperability events and a long-time open source contributor.
