Juan Alvarez is a Senior Consultant at PwC Belgium, specialising in stakeholder management and consultancy for European Institutions. Juan brings an extensive background in EU affairs and around five years of consulting experience. Currently, Juan is actively involved in stakeholder engagement activities as onboarding manager of the eInvoicing DIGITAL Building Block. He ensures timely follow-up on stakeholder needs, maintains CRM databases, and also provides strategic advice regarding communications. Juan will share valuable insights on the eInvoicing User Community and potential recommendations for optimising communications practices in the evolving eInvoicing landscape. Juan Alvarez works together with her college Monica Adami, they discover the latest insights and a comparative analysis of E-Invoicing implementation in EU Member States. Both Monica and Juan are working as external contractors to the European Commission, offering services regarding policy and stakeholder management in the context of the DIGITAL eInvoicing Building Block.
