Beltug is the Belgian association of CIOs and digital technology leaders.

With over 3000 members from 540+ organisations, we are a community of business users (CIOs, ICT managers, vendor managers, software asset managers, privacy experts, innovation directors, IT infrastructure managers, data experts, CISOs, enterprise architects, legal counsels, and more). We address their priorities such as vendor management, hybrid IT, IT Governance, cyber security, artificial intelligence, privacy, sovereignty, 5G, data strategy and governance, and many more. We also welcome ICT providers and consultants as ‘associate members’.

Beltug co-creates valuable content and organises over 50 events ‘for users, by users’, built on the shared expertise and insights of our members. Acting as their independent voice, Beltug advocates for business ICT users to the Belgian authorities and at the European level, in close cooperation with CIO organisations in other countries. Alongside citizens and ICT providers, we ensure that business ICT users are heard.
