What are the time and date of the event?
The event takes place on Thursday 23 October 2025 from 09:30 to 16:00, followed by a networking reception.
Can I register for specific workshops or breakout sessions?
Yes, you can customize your personal schedule for IT & Software Asset Management starting 3 weeks prior to the conference through EventManager. On the day of the event, you’ll be able to accept invitations from partners and schedule your meetings. The location and times will become visible in EventManager closer to the event date.
What are the one-to-one meetings?
The one-to-one meetings during IT & Software Asset Management are short, focused sessions of 15 minutes, providing you with a unique opportunity to discuss specific challenges or questions directly with industry experts, partners, or other attendees. These meetings are designed to offer personalized insights and solutions, allowing you to make the most of your time at the event.
You can schedule these meetings in advance via Eventmanager, and they take place during breaks or breakout sessions, making it easy to fit them into your day without missing key content.
Is there a cost to attend this conference?
Participation in IT & Software Asset Management is free of charge, but there are conditions. You can attend for free if you belong to the target audience and actively participate in the one-to-one meetings during the conference. This gives you the opportunity to share knowledge, discuss specific challenges, and network with other professionals. If you do not want these meetings you can opt for a premium ticket with costs. Suppliers, solution providers and others not belonging to the target audience can’t attend free of charge.
Can I bring a colleague?
Yes, you can bring a colleague, provided they meet the criteria for the target audience. If they are eligible, they can join the event with you. Make sure to register them in advance to secure a spot. If you have any questions regarding eligibility or registration, feel free to contact us.
Which QR code should I show at the registration desk?
The e-mail with the QR code will be sent approximately one day before the conference. Please have this e-mail ready when you approach the registration desk. This will allow us to check you in quickly and ensure a smooth process.
