Rayna Stamboliyska is the founder and CEO of [RS Strategy](https://www.rs-strategy.consulting/), the advisory that nurtures entrepreneurs and SMEs with actionable expertise to help them navigate uncertainty. Rayna is an executive focusing on EU digital diplomacy and resilience through cybersecurity, hybrid threats, strategic autonomy, and data protection. She is also a Digital EU Ambassador for the European Commission and an Associate Lecturer at Sciences Po Paris. She is an Independent expert and rapporteur to ENISA's *Ad Hoc* WG on Emerging and Future Threats and an External Expert to the INTERPOL Innovation Centre. Rayna co-chairs the "Governance and Geopolitics of Technology" research committee within the Renaissance Numérique think tank. An award-winning author for her most recent book *La face cachée d'Internet* ("The hidden face of the Internet", Larousse-Hachette), she has extensively explored the impact of data and technology in conflict and post-conflict zones in the MENA region, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Multilingual, she has consulted for international organisations (World Bank, OECD, UNDP, Unesco, among others), private companies, governments and non-profits. Energetic and passionate, Rayna has grown to become a recognised information security speaker committed to educating those outside the industry on security threats and best practices.
