Zero-Trust Security Model Applied to Netskope Intelligent SSE
The current situation with legacy on-premises security defenses trying to support a hybrid work environment and zero-trust principles is challenging for companies. Complications include poor user experience, complexity of disjointed solutions, high operational costs, and increased security risks. Simple “allow and deny” controls lack understanding of transactional risks and real-time user coaching. This results in inefficient resource use, limited business initiatives, frustrated users, and potential data exposure and regulatory fines. Consolidating security defenses into a Security Service Edge (SSE) cloud platform, as advocated by Netskope and its partner Evolane, can reduce security risks, support zero-trust principles, improve user experiences, and enable business agility. This approach supports adaptive access policy controls, least-privilege access, and data protection, ultimately reducing costs and increasing business agility.
