Nazar Paradivskyy is Vice Chair of the Public Policy & Compliance Working Group at GENA and leads the CTC Community within OpenPeppol, where he advances global alignment on continuous transaction controls and e-invoicing standards. With a legal background and dual LL.M. degrees, he has extensive expertise in regulatory frameworks, compliance, and cross-border digital trade. Nazar played a key role in developing the Peppol 5-corner model to facilitate tax authority integration using international best practices. He is committed to building transparent, future-proof digital infrastructures that support both public and private sector innovation.
