What is the conference date and time?

The conference takes place on 21th of Ocotober 2025  from 09:30 to 16:15, followed by a networking reception and award ceremony.

Can I register for specific workshops or breakout sessions?

Yes, you can customize your personal schedule for E-Invoicing Conference starting 3 weeks prior to the event through Eventmanager. On the day of the event, you’ll be able to accept invitations from partners and schedule your meetings. The location and times will become visible in Eventmanager closer to the event date.

What are the 1-on1 meetings on the finance knowledge square?

The 1-on-1 meetings during E-Invoicing Conference are short, focused sessions of 15 minutes, providing you with a unique opportunity to discuss specific challenges or questions directly with industry experts, partners, or other attendees. These meetings are designed to offer personalized insights and solutions, allowing you to make the most of your time at the event.

You can schedule these meetings in advance via Eventmanager, and they take place during breaks or breakout sessions, making it easy to fit them into your day without missing key content.

Is there a cost to attend E-Invoicing Conference?

Participation in E-Invoicing Conference is free of charge, but there are conditions. You can attend for free if you belong to the target audience and actively participate in the 1-on-1 meetings during the event. This gives you the opportunity to share knowledge, discuss specific challenges, and network with other professionals.

Can I bring a colleague?

Yes, you can bring a colleague, provided they meet the criteria for the target audience. If they are eligible, they can join the event with you. Make sure to register them in advance to secure a spot. If you have any questions regarding eligibility or registration, feel free to contact us.

Which QR code should i show at the registration desk?

The email with the QR code will be sent approximately one day before the conference. Please have this email ready when you approach the registration desk. This will allow us to check you in quickly and ensure a smooth process.
