Since 2000, I have been working as a process manager and key user for the procurement process at the Finance Department of the City of Ghent. With passion and experience, I strive to ensure a smooth, digital, and highly automated process — from purchase order creation to invoice payment. My work involves a wide range of responsibilities, including project management, process monitoring, problem solving, automation, and the development of BI reports.
